We prepare the document, check that it suits a remote session, and take you through the video appointment. We check each of these before you sign, so one appointment is enough. ## When you may not need a notary You may not need a notarised document at all if: * The embassy's checklist asks for an employer letter on company letterhead with a stamp, and says nothing about a notary. Your HR team can issue that directly. * Your consulate gives you its own form and witnesses it at the counter. * The document is for a DIFC matter and the DIFC Courts notary will take it as it is.
