## About these terms

Notary Services in Dubai runs notaryservicesindubai.com from 707 Burj Khalifa Blvd, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Notary Services in Dubai, and “you” means the person who uses the website or asks us for a service.

By using the website or sending us a request, you accept these terms. Our [privacy policy](https://notaryservicesindubai.com/privacy-policy/) explains how we handle your personal details.

## What we do

We draft documents in Arabic and English, arrange legal translation by translators registered with the UAE Ministry of Justice, book the notary step, arrange courier collection and delivery within Dubai, and handle the attestation that follows when you need it.

Your document is notarised by our in-house notary public at our Business Bay office, online through the official remote channels, or at a home visit. The full list is on [our services](https://notaryservicesindubai.com/our-services/).

## What the notary public decides

The notary public decides whether a document can be notarised. Before notarising, the notary checks the identity of every person who signs from an original official ID, and checks that each person is able to sign and agrees to the document.

The notary may refuse a document that does not meet the legal requirements. Courts, ministries and embassies also make their own decisions on the documents they receive. We cannot promise the outcome of a decision that belongs to them.

## Your part

* Give us true and complete details, and genuine documents.
* Read the draft before you sign, and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
* Bring your original ID, and make sure everyone who must sign can attend at the agreed time.
* Send us only documents you have the right to use.

We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by wrong details, missing papers, or a signer who cannot attend.

## Prices and government fees

We give you a price before we start. Government fees, such as the notary fee, are set by the authorities. They are shown separately on your quote and charged at cost. Our own charges cover our work, such as drafting, translation, booking and courier.

Current fees are on our [notary fees](https://notaryservicesindubai.com/how-much-is-notary-cost/) page. Fees change when the authorities change them, so please confirm the figure with us before you rely on it.

## Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, tell us as early as you can by WhatsApp or phone. Government fees already paid to an authority are handled under that authority’s own rules.

## Timing

How long a job takes depends on the signers, the notary, translators, government offices, embassies and couriers. We do not control their timing, so we cannot guarantee a finish date that depends on them.

## Information on this website

The guides on this website explain notary and attestation steps in general terms. They are general guidance, not legal advice for your situation. For advice on your rights or a dispute, speak to a lawyer.

Rules, fees and office procedures change. We update our pages, but please confirm anything important with us before you act on it.

## Our responsibility

We take care with every document we prepare. We are not responsible for a loss caused by wrong or incomplete information you gave us, by a decision of a notary public, court, ministry or embassy, or by events outside our control.

Where we are responsible, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned, not counting government fees. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under UAE law that cannot be excluded.

## Using this website

You may read our pages and share links to them. You may not copy our content to another website without our written permission, send spam or false requests through the form, or try to break into or overload the website.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai deal with any dispute.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
