Notary public for Dubai Deira: routes, documents and preparation
People looking for a notary public in Dubai Deira are usually one of two customers: a trading company that needs a resolution, power of attorney or contract signed, or a family that needs a consent, declaration or power of attorney. For both, the notarial act is done by the Government notary of Dubai Courts or by a private notary registered with the courts. The archived Dubai Courts list has no centre on the Deira side of the Creek, so a private notary office may be the closer choice, with the Dubai Courts centres across the Creek as the alternative.
