This page reaches our office and our in-house notary public in Business Bay. If you need Dubai Courts itself, including the Dubai Courts centre at Wafi Mall, use the contact details on the official Dubai Courts website at dc.gov.ae. Our guide to the Wafi Mall notary explains how to find them.
Step by step
Details to include in your message
The quickest way to a clear answer is a short message with:
1
What the document is for, for example a child's trip, a visa file, a property abroad or a bank.
2
A photo of the request you received, such as the embassy checklist or the bank's letter.
3
Who will sign, and where each person lives, including anyone outside the UAE.
4
Your deadline, if there is one.
We reply with the notary office your document needs, what to bring, and a starting price.
Please do not send passport or Emirates ID images until we ask for them for your booking.
Prices
All service prices are starting prices and are negotiable. Government fees are paid on top, at cost, exactly as the authority charges them. We confirm your final price before you pay.
See notary public charges for government fees and our starting prices, and our services for what we prepare.
Visiting our office
You do not need to visit to use our services; most customers work with us by WhatsApp, email and courier. If you want to hand over papers in person, message us first so the right person is there. Our Business Bay office page has more detail, and notary services near you shows how we work with customers across Dubai.
Finding a Dubai Courts notary office
If you are looking for a government notary office rather than for help preparing a document, these guides will help:
Two questions people ask before they call
01
Can you give me the Dubai Courts phone number?
Please use the number on the Dubai Courts website. Government numbers change, and our own number reaches our office in Business Bay, not Dubai Courts.
02
Can I sign my document at your office?
Yes. You sign before our in-house notary public at our Business Bay office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Dubai time). An Arab notary public sits at our Business Bay office. You can also use our online notary public services or ask for a home visit. A few documents must go to another office, and we tell you which. We prepare the document first, so the signing itself is short.
