Notary public for Dubai Al Qusais and Al Twar
For a notary public in Dubai Al Qusais or Al Twar, your choices are a private notary office on the Dubai Courts roll, or one of the Dubai Courts service centres, all of which are some distance away on the archived Dubai Courts list. There is a second question that is special to this corner of Dubai: many people here live on one side of the Sharjah border and work on the other, and the emirate you sign in can matter.

Private notary or a Dubai Courts centre?
With no listed centre in the area, a private notary office is often the practical route for Al Qusais. Both work under Dubai Law No. 4 of 2013, so the document has the same effect. A private notary sets its own appointment times and can come to you. The Dubai Courts fee decision sets AED 100 per party registration, AED 100 per signature, and AED 1,000 per trip outside the notary's office.

Airport Free Zone and industrial companies
Al Qusais includes an industrial area, and the Dubai Airport Free Zone is nearby. Company documents from here follow the same logic as elsewhere: bring the trade licence, the MOA or articles and proof of the signatory's authority. A free zone company should also ask its free zone authority what it accepts before the notary visit.
