What we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we need it, who sees it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
Who we are
Notary Services in Dubai runs this website, notaryservicesindubai.com. Our office is at 707 Burj Khalifa Blvd, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Notary Services in Dubai.
For any question about your personal details, email help@notaryservicesindubai.com or call or WhatsApp +971 50 264 8766.
What we collect
When you send the request form
- Your name and your phone or WhatsApp number.
- Your email address, if you choose to add it.
- The type of document, and what you tell us it is for.
- Any files you attach: up to five PDF, photo or Word files of up to 10 MB each.
When you message, call or email us
Your number or email address, and whatever you send us. This often includes copies of IDs, passports and the documents you need help with.
When you visit the website
Google Analytics records how the website is used: the pages you open, the type of device and browser, how you found us, and your approximate area, such as the country or city, worked out from your connection. It does not give us your name.
To stop automated spam, the request form counts how many requests come from one internet connection in an hour. For this it keeps a coded version of the connection’s address for one hour, and then that record expires.
How we use your details
We use your details only to:
- Reply to your request and give you a price.
- Draft and translate your document, book the notary step, and arrange a home visit or a courier.
- Send your document to the office that has to act on it, when your job needs that step.
- Keep a record of the work we did for you.
- See which pages help visitors, so we can improve the website.
We do not sell your personal details.
Who sees your details
Only the people who need them to do your job:
- Our team, who handle your request.
- The notary public who notarises your document. The notary checks the original ID of every person who signs.
- A legal translator registered with the UAE Ministry of Justice, when your papers need a translation.
- The court, ministry or embassy that has to act on your document, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for attestation.
- A courier, when we collect or deliver your papers.
- The companies that run our website and email, such as our web host, and Google for website statistics.
- A government authority, when the law requires us to share them.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages also pass through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and website statistics
The website does not need cookies to show its pages or to send the request form. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, and Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser for this, such as _ga.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website works the same either way.
Files and ID copies
Files you attach to the request form are saved in a private folder on our web server that cannot be opened from the internet, and a copy goes to our office email. Only our team can open them.
Please send only what your request needs, and never send bank card numbers or passwords.
How long we keep your details
We keep your request, messages and files while we work on your job, and afterwards for as long as we need them to answer follow-up questions and keep a record of our work. You can ask us to delete them at any time. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep them, or we need them to deal with a complaint.
The notary public’s own record of a notarised document is kept under the rules for notaries, not under this policy.
Google keeps website statistics for the period set in our Google Analytics account.
How we protect your details
- The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- The request form accepts only PDF, photo and Word files, up to a set size.
- Attached files are stored where the public cannot reach them, and only our team can see enquiries.
- Logins to the website are protected against repeated wrong password attempts.
No website or email system is completely secure. If a document needs special care, tell us and we can agree another way to hand it over, such as at our office.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what details we hold about you.
- Correct details that are wrong.
- Delete your details.
- Stop using your details for a purpose you object to.
Email help@notaryservicesindubai.com or send us a WhatsApp message. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, so that we never give your details to someone else.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as the UAE Ministry of Justice, the Dubai Courts, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those websites have their own privacy rules, which we do not control.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
