Business Bay companies

The notary will want the trade licence and proof of the signatory's authority, and for a document above a stated value the federal fee is set by value. Bring the licence and the latest MOA or resolution, and we tell you the government fee before you sign.
If your company is registered in the DIFC and the document is for a DIFC matter, the DIFC Courts run their own notary service. That is the right office for DIFC matters, and we will say so.
