Notarization services in Dubai: in house, online and home visit notary public
Notary Services in Dubai offers notarization services three ways: in person with our in-house notary public at our Business Bay office, online through the official remote channels, and by home visit anywhere in Dubai. An Arab notary public sits at our office at 707 Burj Khalifa Blvd, Marasi Drive, Business Bay. We draft your document in Arabic and English, check your file, and your document is notarised in one short appointment.

Case by case
Three ways to get your document notarised
In person at our Business Bay office
Our in-house notary public works from our office at 707 Burj Khalifa Blvd, Marasi Drive, Business Bay. You come with your original ID, the notary checks it, reads the document out, watches you sign and applies the seal. Because we drafted the document and checked your file first, the appointment is short. See notary public in Business Bay for directions and what to bring.
Online notary public services
For people who cannot come in, we use the official remote channels: the Ministry of Justice E-Notary System and Dubai Courts remote attendance. We prepare the document, check that it suits a remote session, and take you through the video appointment. Some documents and some receiving authorities still need a signing in person; we tell you before you start.
Home visit notary services
When the person who must sign cannot travel, a notary public comes to them: at home, in an office or in hospital. The checks are the same as at the office: identity, capacity, consent and understanding. See home visit notary (notary on call) for how a visit works and what it costs.
Step by step
How it works

- Send your request A photo of what the embassy, school, bank or court asked for is enough. WhatsApp is answered 24/7.
- Get the price and the plan We tell you the starting price, the government fee and where the document is signed.
- We draft and translate We write the document in Arabic and English. Papers in other languages go to a legal translator registered with the Ministry of Justice.
- Sign before the notary public In person at our office, online, or at a home visit. The notary verifies identity, reads the document out, watches you sign and seals it.
- Collect or receive it We deliver the signed document, or send it on for MOFAIC and embassy attestation.
Case by case
The documents we notarise
Family and travel
- Child travel consent letter. For a child travelling with one parent, with relatives or alone, including a parent who is abroad.
- NOC letter for a visa. An employer's NOC for a visit visa file, or a parent's NOC for travel.
- Affidavit of support. A sponsor's sworn statement for a family member's visa, often for the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai or the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
- Declaration of residency. A sworn statement of where you live, for a bank, school or authority abroad.
Sworn statements and declarations
Affidavits of the same person, name declarations, single status statements and other sworn declarations. The notary public takes the oath; we write the statement so it answers the question the receiving authority asked.
Powers of attorney
General and special powers of attorney for property, vehicles, companies, court cases and family matters. We draft the power so it covers exactly the acts you intend, because a power written in general terms may only cover acts of management. Our page on special power of attorney requirements lists what a special power must name. For where to sign one in Dubai and what to bring, see notary for power of attorney in Dubai.
Property matters
Powers of attorney, declarations and signature authentications for a sale, a transfer or a tenancy dispute. Some property steps are registrations at the Dubai Land Department, not notarial acts. Our guide to property document notarization sorts each property document into the office that handles it.
Company documents
Board resolutions, memoranda of association, authorisations and signature authentications for company officers. The notary fee for a commercial instrument depends on its value, so we tell you the government fee before you sign.
Legal notices
Notices to a tenant, a landlord, an agent or the other party to a contract, drafted in Arabic and English and served through a notary public. See legal notice through a notary public.
Copies, translation and courier
Certified copies, Arabic legal translation, typing and drafting, urgent handling, and courier collection and delivery within Dubai. For certified true copies in depth, certifiedtruecopydubai.ae covers each document type.

Side by side
When another office must sign
Most documents are notarised with us. A few must go to a specific office, and we tell you at the start:
| Document | Where it is signed | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Sale, gift or transfer of Dubai property | Dubai Land Department | A transfer is a registration, not a notarial act |
| Affidavit your consulate issues on its own form | Your consulate | Many missions take their own nationals' affidavits |
| DIFC matter | DIFC Courts notary service | DIFC matters use the DIFC notary |
| A parent who lives abroad | A notary or UAE mission in that country, then attestation | Each parent signs where they are |
To find any other office, see notary offices in Dubai, notary offices across the UAE and notary near me.
Why a prepared document matters
Notary appointments fail for small things: an English-only document, a name spelled differently from the passport, a missing Emirates ID number for the other party, or a power of attorney that does not name the acts it is meant to cover. We check each of these before you sign, so one appointment is enough.
When you may not need a notary
You may not need a notarised document at all if:
- The embassy's checklist asks for an employer letter on company letterhead with a stamp, and says nothing about a notary. Your HR team can issue that directly.
- Your consulate gives you its own form and witnesses it at the counter.
- The document is for a DIFC matter and the DIFC Courts notary will take it as it is.
If you are not sure, send us the checklist and we will tell you plainly.
Do you have an in-house notary public?
Yes. Our in-house notary public works from our office at 707 Burj Khalifa Blvd, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Dubai time). An Arab notary public sits at the office.
Can I get a document notarised online?
Yes, through the official remote channels: the Ministry of Justice E-Notary System and Dubai Courts remote attendance. We prepare the document and take you through the session. A few documents still need a signing in person.
Can the notary public come to my home?
Yes. Home visits are available in Dubai for people who cannot travel. See home visit notary for the government fee and what the notary checks.
Are you open 24/7?
WhatsApp and online requests are answered 24/7. The office and in-person appointments are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Dubai time).
How much do notary public services in Dubai cost?
Our service starts from AED 600 for an affidavit and from AED 1,200 for a consent letter or NOC, and the government fee is added at cost. See the table above and the notary public fees page.
Can you prepare a document if I am outside the UAE?
Yes. We draft the document and tell you where to sign it where you are, either before a local notary with attestation afterwards, or at a UAE mission if it offers notarial services.
